Bi-State Celiac Support Group is happy to announce that we have begun a tribute fund in which you may honor a friend, family member, associate, anyone you would like to by donating to help Celiac disease research programs. What a great gift to give, the possibilities are endless! Some examples are Birthday's, Graduation, Special Accomplishments, even just a simple 'Thank You'.. the list goes on.
The recipient will receive a specially designed card prepared by BSCSG informing them of your tribute. You, in turn, will receive a note thanking you for your donation and indicating the amount for tax purposes. Tributes will also be posted on our website.
We are very excited about the new tribute fund, not only will we be raising funds for Celiac disease research programs, we also hope that these tribute cards will help promote awareness.
If you are not able to attend one of our upcoming functions, or if you wish to participate in the tribute program immediately, please use one of the following methods:
